Throughout my academic study, I was actively involved in patient treatment and decision-making. I have considerable experience with emergencies such as acute stroke therapy with IV thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy for ischemic stroke, as well as other forms of strokes such as ICH, SAH, CVT, status epilepticus, myasthenic crisis, and GBS. I have expertise with both independent and supervised OPD; I have worked as part of a team to manage chronic patients such as DBS in IPD patients, dystonia, Botox injections for various movement disorders and chronic migraine, and video EEG analysis. I have experience with nerve conduction studies, electromyography, VEP, BAER, and RNST. I've been exposed to specialized studies such as TCD for stroke and SAH. During the COVID pandemic, I managed patients at DDU Hospital as a senior resident (Medicine) and Sardar Vallabh Patel Hospital as a medical specialist by administering Methylprednisolone, Remdesivir, Toclizumab, and other supportive care.
