What this application does

“Dr. Sudheer Pandey” is a private, internal application used by the practice’s own team to publish health-education content. The team writes and approves posts in a content calendar kept in a Google Sheet. On schedule, the application reads the next approved post from that sheet, publishes it to the practice’s own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Google Business Profile listing, and records the published post IDs back in the same sheet so nothing is posted twice.

It runs on a self-hosted n8n workflow server operated for the practice, hosted on Amazon Web Services in India. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and does not handle patient data.

How Google account access is used

The application asks the practice’s Google account for exactly two things:

• Google Sheets – to read the content-calendar spreadsheet the team selects and to update the “posted” columns in it. No other spreadsheets or Drive files are accessed.
• Google Business Profile – to create posts (“updates”) on the practice’s own Business Profile listing. It does not read reviews, messages or customer data.

Google user data is used solely to provide these features. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with other parties except the publishing platforms the post is sent to, and never used to develop, improve or train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account’s third-party access settings.

Who uses it

1. Dr. Sudheer Pandey and the practice’s digital team write and approve posts in the content calendar.
2. The application publishes approved posts on schedule and marks them as posted.
3. Patients and the public simply see the resulting posts on Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps.
