Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of drsudheerpandey.com (the “Website”), operated by Dr. Sudheer Pandey (“we”, “us”, “the practice”), and of the practice’s clinic automation application described at /automation (the “Application”). By using the Website or the Application you agree to these Terms. Questions can be sent to contact@drsudheerpandey.com.

1. Information only, not medical advice

Content on the Website, including condition guides, blog articles, FAQs, the on-site assistant and the symptom checker, is general health information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor, and using the Website does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a doctor about your specific situation, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.

2. AI assistant and symptom checker

The assistant and symptom checker generate responses automatically using an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are provided for orientation only and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Do not enter names, phone numbers or other identifying details, and do not use the tools to seek emergency help.

3. Appointments

Appointment requests made through the Website, by phone or by WhatsApp are confirmed by the clinic separately. Consultation fees, timings and hospital policies are set by the hospital where the consultation takes place and may change without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or its tools for any unlawful purpose or to harm or harass anyone.
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract content, or interfere with the security or availability of the Website.
• Attempt to access the Application, its servers or its connected accounts without authorisation.

5. The Application

The Application is a private tool for the practice’s own team. It publishes the practice’s content to its own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Google Business Profile using accounts connected by authorised team members. Only persons expressly authorised by Dr. Sudheer Pandey may operate it. Use of Google services through the Application is also subject to the Google Terms of Service, and our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy. Connected accounts may be disconnected at any time from the relevant provider’s settings, which stops publishing going forward.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its text, images, design and the Application’s workflows belong to Dr. Sudheer Pandey or the respective licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The Website embeds or links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Senja and social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Testimonials and results

Patient testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of outcome. Every patient’s condition and response to treatment is different.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and the Application are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Sudheer Pandey is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, its tools or the Application, or from reliance on their content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for clinical care provided in person.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
